Kate is a medical herbalist, aromatherapist and reflexologist with over 20 years experience From a long line of herbalists Kate is passionate about holistic healthcare and uses her knowledge to treat many issues both topically and internally with plants Herbal Medicine has been used for centuries to treat disease and enhance general health and wellbeing, with teas, tinctures, capsules and salves made from medicinal plants with researched active ingredients. Herbal prescriptions can take the form of tinctures, an extract of herbs in alcohol, a herbal glycerite, like a tincture but without the alcohol, a tea, capsules or an external salve. Follow up appointments if necessary occur every 4 weeks to discuss progress and adapt the treatment plan if appropriate.
