We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of receipt

Orders placed at the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the following Monday

UK delivery (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands)
We currently use Royal Mail to deliver our orders and charges are as follows:

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - £4.99

Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery - £3.49

For Larger Orders (above 2kg) Prices are as follows: 

Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - £6.99

Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery - £5.49

International delivery

We do not currently offer International orders. This is something we are looking at doing in the future. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

* Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a general guide, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control, particularly during busy times such as Christmas. 
 

*The Drovers Daughter cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery caused by any third party, as this is outside of our control.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You are welcome to return any products within 28 days of receipt, as long as items are returned unopened and in the original packaging.  We are not yet able to offer free returns on our orders and advise you obtain proof of postage when returning any goods.
